Billing email draft

After the package is approved, click Billing email draft. Check the To address (the project's or contractor's billing email), subject and message, then Download email draft.

The file opens in Outlook, Apple Mail or most desktop email apps as a new message with the package attached. Review it and click Send. PayAppHub doesn't send it for you, so it goes out from your own email account.

If the GC uses a billing portal instead of email, upload the package PDF there.
