The billing worksheet

Each line shows the scheduled value and the previous % billed. For this period:

• Percent complete (%): type the new cumulative percent for the line (for example 60 if it was 40% last month and you did another 20%). The dollars for this period are calculated.
• Dollar amount ($): switch the line (or the whole sheet with Enter by) to dollars and type this period's amount.
• Stored $: materials delivered and stored but not installed yet.

Lines turn red when they'd go below zero or past their scheduled value. Fix them before saving. The application summary (lines 1–9 of the G702) updates as you type. Click Save billing when you're done.

Leaving a line's percent unchanged bills nothing for that line this period.
