- Pay apps per month counts pay apps finalized in the calendar month. Retainage applications and imported starting points don't count. Going over is never blocked; you'll see a note suggesting a larger plan.
- AI allowance: each plan includes a monthly amount of AI use (contract reading and waiver mapping). Plan & billing shows how much of it you've used as a percent. It resets on the 1st. Basic reading never uses it.
