Schedule of values

The schedule of values (SOV) is the list of lines on your continuation sheet (G703), each with a scheduled value.

• Open the project and stay on the Schedule of values tab. Add lines, edit descriptions and amounts, then Save.
• The total should equal the current contract (original plus approved change orders). The green or red bar at the top of the project shows whether it balances.
• The pay app prints a short product name for each line: the part of the description before the first " / ". "Roller Shades / Mecho 5% manual" prints as "Roller Shades".
• Lines already billed on a pay app can't be removed. To reduce one, use a deductive (negative) change order.
