Set up your company

Go to Company settings before your first pay app. Everything here prints on your pay apps, waivers and emails.

• Legal company name and address. Required before you can finalize a pay app.
• Authorized signer name and title. Printed on the pay app's certification and filled into lien waivers. (You still sign by hand.)
• Pay-app sender email and email signature. Used in the billing email drafts.
• Insurance agent email. Used when you request a certificate of insurance (COI).
• Logo. A PNG or JPG; it appears at the top of your pay apps.
• Company general lien waiver. A fillable PDF used for any project that doesn't have its own waiver. See Lien waivers: which form is used.

Changes apply to pay apps you finalize after saving. Finalized pay apps keep what they were finalized with.
