Stored materials

Enter stored materials in the Stored $ column of the worksheet. They count toward completed and stored to date (and retainage) like installed work.

Most GCs want photos of stored materials. Add them with Add additional docs on the pay app; photos are labeled "Stored material photo" automatically. PayAppHub reminds you if a pay app bills stored materials without any photos.

When the materials are installed, move the amount from stored to work: raise the line's percent and lower its stored amount.
