Users and roles
Who can do what: owner, admin, biller and viewer.
Invite people from Users. Each person signs in with their own email and password.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, plan changes and deleting the company. |
| Admin | Everything except owner-only actions; manages users and company settings. |
| Biller | Creates projects and pay apps, finalizes, packages and sends. |
| Viewer | Sees everything, changes nothing. Viewers are free and don't count toward your plan's user limit. |
Your plan sets how many people can bill (Solo 1, Standard 5, Premium 15). To remove someone, open Users and remove them; their past work stays in the change history.
