Enter a project by hand

On the Dashboard, click Enter a project by hand, then fill in:

• Contractor (the GC you bill). Pick one or add a new one.
• Project name, address, owner, and the GC's contract / project numbers.
• Original contract amount and retainage %.
• Billing details: cutoff day, payment terms, billing email or portal.

Save, then add the schedule of values on the project's first tab. See Schedule of values.
