How PayAppHub works

The whole flow in one page: project, schedule of values, pay app, lien waiver, package.

PayAppHub follows the way subcontractors already bill:

  1. Set up your company once: your legal name, address, logo, the person who signs pay apps, and your company lien waiver form. See Set up your company.
  2. Add a project: upload the contract packet and let AI fill it in, or enter it by hand. Each project has a general contractor, a contract amount, a retainage % and a schedule of values (SOV).
  3. Create a pay app each billing period: enter each line's percent complete (or dollars) for the period. PayAppHub does the G702 math: retainage, amount due, balance to finish.
  4. Finalize: this locks the numbers and makes the final PDF. The signature and notary lines are left blank so you can sign and notarize by hand.
  5. Lien waiver: the contractor's waiver (or your own) is filled in automatically from the pay app.
  6. Package and send: one PDF with the pay app, continuation sheet, waiver and any extra documents, plus a ready-to-send email draft.
  7. Mark complete when it's sent, and mark paid when the check arrives (optional).

Next month, the new pay app starts where the last one left off.
